Three Rings Midwifery (TRM) does not accept insurance as a form of payment. Many eligible clients pay costs of services up front and are reimbursed by their insurance company after submission of the required documents.  You should call their insurance company to confirm out of network benefits required for reimbursement for prenatal care or home birth fees. 

It depends. The TRM midwife is a full-scope certified nurse-midwife who can provide prenatal care, birth and postpartum services to women with low-risk medical histories and pregnancies. This care includes referrals to specialists and orders for labs and ultrasounds. Occasionally, conditions arise during pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum that require high-risk monitoring and/or emergency level services. If those conditions arise, transfer of care will be discussed and facilitated.

Yes, most families are on affordable monthly payment plans! We offer flexible options with opportunities to pay toward your services 1-4 times per month. All fees are due by your 36th week of pregnancy.

Lower your total monthly payment with health care service financing through AdvanceCare Card. This company offers the benefit of 14 month no-interest financing. 

Yes! In fact, full scope doula services for up to 1 year of your baby's life are included in the Power & Peace Birth Package for many families who reside in Cuyahoga and Summit counties. You are free to use a private doula of your choice instead if you’d like.

Each TRM client gets started by filling out an application form here:  https://threeringsmidwifery.activehosted.com/f/1. Once this form is completed, there is a email sent within minutes that provides more information on what the investment is for services and how care with TRM can be. After reviewing the documents, you are welcome to book a consultation with Javonen the midwife. It can be booked online and scheduled for visiting in-person or virtually. Each consultation lasts about 30-45 min and gives the TRM midwife and you an opportunity to learn more about one another and how well TRM services will fit your needs.

Labor and birth in water can be an option for you. Birth pools may be purchased directly by you or provided by TRM at an additional cost.
